When I think of going San Francisco this is what I am thinking  about .The lyrics of three songs that describe San Francisco. First”,I left my heart in San Francisco,San Francisco, San Francisco  Night.”If you’re going to San Francisco be sure to wear flowers in your hair,you’re going meet some gentle people there,San Francisco  summertime will be a love-in there.San Francisco  nights,strobe lights beam create dreams,wall’s move minds do too,angels sing leather wings,jeans of blue Harley Davidson too.High on a hill,it calls to me,to be where little cable cars climb halfway to the stars,the morning fog may chill the air, I don’t care my love waits there in San Francisco , above the blue and windy sea”.I stay at the Sheraton Fishermans Wharf Hotel. It has outside fire pits,which it makes  for romantic evening, sitting by fire pits, with the one you love. It is two blocks walking distance, from the Wharf, where all the action is, plus the buses are there,to take you to Haight Ashbury district or At&t park to see a San Francisco Giants baseball games. At the Wharf,you can walk down to Pier 39 where you can watch sealions on top of floating platforms and take photos of them too. You can go to 33 pier and hop on boat to take you to Alcatraz  Island  to where prisoners stayed such as the Birdman of Alcatraz,Al Capone  cell was.( I highly recommend you book this tour of Alcatraz on line before coming to San Francisco) . It sells out quickly, if you do not do that. On the Wharf,there many seafood Restaurants to choose from what is your liking.Boutin Bakery has the famous clam chowder breadbowl.You can walk along wharf and listen to Musician play their different kind of music. There are other acts and painters will be seen on the Wharf. As you walk down and up the street you come to the old Ghirardelli  Chocolate  Factory. They have a gift shop in Ghirardell Square,where you can pick up a sample of chocolate  there. You can walk or take cable car or drive up to lombard street also none as the crookedest street and experience being in a movie by Steve Mcqueen,Bullet,in the movie it’s a Mad,Mad World,that was filmed,on that street. I have a love of San Francisco. It brings me back, to the sixties. It has not changed much since then. Every time I leave there,I know, I will come back. As the song says,”I left my heart in San Francisco.”

My father is no longer living. I lost my Dad in 1994. We were close,before the end his life. I reflect on my memories of him ,on this day and the things we did together. I look back at things I learn from him and carry on those things,to this day. He made me what I am today. Even if he is no longer here,he is in my heart and soul.I never forget about him. I think about him, all the time.

I call him a(man’s man) it is a old expression  of the 50’s and 60’s before the woman’s rights movement. A woman could not speak up for her right’s. Men was always right no matter whether he was right or wrong.He did not listen to anybody,Especially  a woman.If he makes a mistake he will blame it,on somebody else ,so he can look good,he never makes a mistake.He puts people down all the time,so he can look better than they are.He is self centered person,only looking out for himself. He will throw you under the bus,just to safe himself.He likes woman to be house wife’s.Their place is in home,raising the kids,cooking the meal when he comes home from work.Donald Trump has low self-esteem. That’s why he does what does.The woman who vote for him,want to be taken care . They do not want to make decisions, for themselves,they want the man, to make all the decisions,  for them.This is your Trump voter.

Gasoline was 25 cent a gallon or gas wars.Remember when we had manual typewriter. Remember when milk was 50 cent a gallon.Remember when we had On T.V.to get special programs and get separate  box to see them.Remember when we only had three major network,CBS,NBC and ABC.Remember when Motel 6 was actually $6.00 an night,or Super 8 Motels were actually $8.00 a night.

Bellinger has now 25 homeruns.On July 15th,Bellinger hit for cycle,single,double,triple,homerun. He now has 26 homerun for the year. On July 23, Bellinger has now hit his 27th homerun of the year.As of now Bellinger has  hit 28th homerun.

First,AARP Medicare Complete /United healthcare.They have a program called Silver Sneakers.This program allows you to go to 24 hour fitness and life fitness for free.Second,you go to Senior Centers that have a lot of activities such bridge,bingo,field trips,pool tables,ping pong tables.Third,Senior Centers have prepared lunches a menu five days a week $2.50. $.50 for coffee all day. Some cities  have age 62 and 65 slow pitch softball.   

Walking in the rain,the grass is so green.Have not seen that in a long time.The flowers are set to bloom.Walking down to the ocean,everything is Crystal clear.The fresh air after the rain is so beautiful. You may get to see a rainbow up into the sky.Then you go inside your house, sit around a fireplace with the one you love drinking hot chocolate. All you want to say  is let it rain,rain,rain
